Blank spaces now in home

In Home now there are 2 big spaces like the one in screen,right after the slider, 1 at the top and one at the bottom.

Just to be clear, my settings are ok, ive not created those big spaces, it was fine until yesterday, ive tried disabling every plugin, but the spaces are still there.
