Bulk Importing Users to Team

Hello,

I’m wondering if there is a way to bulk import users into WordPress and add them to a team as activated users?

I’ve been looking through the SQL database but it appears there is some meta data written to wp_usermeta that doesn’t quite enough make sense for me to replicate.

I’ve got several hundred users in a database to add and I already know what teams they should be in so this will save many hours of manual work.
