Can a team join the tournament?

Hi, i am little confused here. I know, users can create teams and challenge other teams and individual players can join the tournament but i would like to know if someone create a team of 4 members and admin of the site created a tournament, can that 4 member team join that tournament? Which type of tournament it will be? I want a single round tournament and 4 members team to participate that particular tournament. Example image attached.
