can't pay with wepay

Something wrong in my wepay. When I use wepay menthod,page is blank but no loading and the link is like this: http://ec2-54-165-63-117.compute-1.amazonaws.com/wordpress/project/flight-simulator-x/?step=2 .

Even I insert “WEPAY CLIENT ID, WEPAY CLIENT SECRET, WEPAY ACCESS TOKEN,WEPAY ACCOUNT ID” in FUNDING tab in Theme Options and I also insert “Projects > Funding tab > WePay Credentials in WePay account_id”
but it doesn’t work. How do I continue to test?Pls someone help me.
