Can’t preview customizations, stuck on loading screen

Hi, when I try to customize the them layout in WordPress, it seems to be stuck on the loading page, and never actually shows up. I’m not sure how to fix this. When I type in the address to the page on the web bar however, the site loads up perfectly. Seems like a backend issue that I can’t figure out. Please help.
