Change my Menu Bar

    HELLO , please i would to change my MENU BAR in the fundding press theme to a single one like the http://skywarriorthemes.com/socialreach/ …i dont like the double layer menu presently ..been looking at the css and i did not seem to get it right

    i also want to change the footer background color and have a separate colour for each column
