Child theme vcfixes.css editing not overriding

I am using a child theme and I tried to edit vcfixes.css (removed line 48 to 50 to remove the 20px margin on top.)

If i edit the actual arcane/css/vcfixes.css it works but if create same directory structure in child theme arcane-child/css/vcfixes.css it doesn’t work please help.

Looks like copying root folder files to child theme and editing them works but editing files in sub directories doesn’t.
