Clan disappeared from the Ladder table

I have a problem.
We just started a ladder-style championship. There was a match between the [TA] team and Clan da veia Nadir, where Clan da veia Nadir did not respond to the challenge request. The TA team even sent the game score (as if it were WO), yet I did not understand how they managed to send the score if Clan da veia Nadir did not accept the game. What happened:
Clan da veia Nadir took a loss, without having accepted the game .. the TA clan disappeared from the table.
What can I do? The championship has just started, everything went well in the tests and in the first game released, problem occurs. I’m being very pressured because the championship is worth money.
