Contact Form Issue

    Hi there, 

    Am having a weird issue with the contact form.

    Emails seem to send and receive, but have no confirmation of email being sent – instead am receiving error in bottom right of chrome browser (within site)

    This is a debug mode, you got a problem with your form, it will try to help you, refresh when you think you nailed down the problem

    error in the ajax: 0 error
    I thought maybe I had made an error in the field somewhere – but reset worked files with original downloaded files and am having same issue. 

    Also – when a field is left black, no user error notifications pop up. 

    Ideas?
