Contact Form Problems// Potential Bug

I want the contact page in this theme to not include the Google Maps. When I go to theme options to turn off the map, it also removes the contact form. I see the contact form in the page builder and I get how that works. It just doesn’t seem like it’s working correct. 

I also have another contact form problem. When I fill out the form, it sends 2 emails instead of 1. I’m still testing but I was curious why it sends 2.
