CORE EMAIL NOTIFICATIONS: totally missing?

Hi – this theme really needs email + added to the site “notifications” for the following actions

MUST HAVE:
Match request – to other team admin
Match accepted – to the challenging team admin
Member request to join team – to the team admin
Member accepted – to the person joining once accepted
Match results submitted – to the other team so they can accept / reject + to tournament admin once accepted

WOULD BE REALLY GOOD:
Reminders of upcoming matches to participating teams + all team members editable X hours and Y hours before the match etc… attached to hourly cron job.

I’ve hacked some of the Blackfyre notifications for Match Request + Member Request (as working fine in that theme and code is compatible) but would be good to get these in the Arcane core theme ASAP so don’t have to keep re-adding after updates.
