Couple of bugs

Hello,
I have noticed a number of bugs in my theme.
1. When using Facebook to login, user has to do it twice to get it working; the first ‘login’ attempt does not result in any response
2. When user add media to the post and then save, the picture disappears. The same happens with the funding goal. It messes up after saving and editing again. When i tried this again, the ‘media’ button disappeared
3. When i click on a project creator’s profile, it went to my own profile.
Can you please solve these bugs or inform me how to avoid them?
