Create Team not possible and editing a team too

Hi,
the “create a team link” isn’t defined in the usermenu.
On my image in the down left corner you dont see a link.

and also when a user try to edit his team, then he get the notification : “please wait while we prepare your template”

What can we do, to fix it? The first point is a bug, that everyone has. The image from the first case is from your demo-page.
