DSGVO Checkbox in Comments not shown

Hi,
i had to install a Plugin for GDPDR (DSGVO) compliance. This plugin adds a checkbox to comments which has to be checked to accept the privacy policiy.
The checkboxs works fine except at comments.
It seems, that the checkbox is somewhere behind the entry field for the comment. Because if i switch it off, it is possible to post a comment. If the checkbox is on, it is not possible.

Can you help?
