Emails sending in plain text

Hello. I need help with the notification emails sent by the site. I don’t know why it sends them in plain text instead of sending them as configured in the Buddypress customizer. I tried Buddypress on another site and it sends them fine, but on this one, with the Arcane theme, it sends them in plain text. Can you tell me how to fix it? Thanks.
