Error when I install the theme and try to activate it in Word press

Good morning,

I have purchased the crowd funding theme and have followed instructions to install it.  It has installed into my Word press, but when I try to activate it, I receive an error message that will not allow me to get it working on my hosted server.  Could you please let me know why this is or what I can do to get it activated.  I have watched the video that theme forest has posted on the error but that has not resolved the problem.  Please if there is any suggestions, I am all ears.  I look forward to working with this theme, I think it is a kick ass design and really thought out!
