Fixed Disregard

I have tried both methods of installs to no avail. If I try to install it via wordpress it gives me an error and asks me “are you sure” with the only option to try again. I also tried unzipping and placing it in via ftp. It then showed up on my themes but If I activate or try to view it only shows a white empty page with no loading occurring. I own three other themes here and have no issue installing the others.
