The image says enough. We need to have a proper WP_footer() hook to load everything in. ( seems more people having this strange footer bug. This way, everything can be bugged if not fully loaded. Here, i suggest to come back on the other topics as well.

Parsing link brokeni can find more of this, but with this footer thingie broken, a lot of problems can come to life if the browser needs to load everything but fails. headers can be broken, images, videos and even plugins.
