Fundingpress error on server

Hello i instal the Fundingpress in my local server and is all ok. When i change to the server it givs the error :Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ‘}’ in /home/ptdesafiate/public_html/wp-content/themes/funding_press/themeOptions/functions.php on line 1

do you think is a php version. In my local server the php version is 5.3, and in my server is 5.4.
