HELP: Can't use theme!

Hello, I recently bought you’re Oblivion theme but I’m having quite a few problems setting it up. I couldn’t upload it to wordpress when I got it as I would get an error that said “Are you sure you want to do this? Try again” and I kept trying but it wouldn’t work. I then saw this thread and followed the instructions here but it still didn’t work. I am getting frustrated as I need the theme up and running as soon as possible. Thanks.
