Help with tournaments

1) Is there a way to change the URL of the tournaments?

2) Is there a way to make the tournament create the matches earlier than the match times (for example if the tournament is set to start 31/07/2018 at 6pm, the tournament will create all of the matches just say 24 hours before the matches start so the matches would have been created 30/07/2018 at 6pm.)
