Hide Sharing and Update Fields boxes in the Submit a Project Page

When on the Submit a Project page, how can I hide the Update Fields (custom fields) and the Sharing boxes so users do not see these when they are submitting a project?

The Revisions box also shows visible to users as well in this Submit Page.
