Homepage menus missing icons/dropdown art

Hey all!
Just bought this theme and after some playing around I managed to get a good demo imported however no matter what I try I can’t get the menus and their drop down effects to look as good as original demo page.
All the orange buttons are missing and when i however i just see text blocks no image/art like https://skywarriorthemes.com/arcane/.

Above is the example of my issue, am I supposed to install a plugin or something? not sure how I can go about fixing that.
