How Do I Get A Refund

I bought your horribly flawed BlackFyre theme. The bugs and other issues have effectively killed my gaming community. The theme is a disaster and some of your files including your script to import data for the one click install register as a virus on some AVs. Its a false positive, I’m sure but it scares people off.

How do I get a refund? Please make this right.
