how the review system works?

I have been trying to use the review system and it doesn’t work like it show in the live demo.

For example i try to use it in this post: http://marcagamer.com/miscreated-analisis/
There you can see the stars but left to them it’s empty, in the demo http://preview.themeforest.net/item/crystalskull-gaming-magazine-wordpress-theme/full_screen_preview/13612358 you can put text left to the review system but i don’t know how to do that.

Also how do i change the stars to numbers and how do i change the color of the stars?
