How to avoid a switch-over to wordpress admin panel while creating a new project?

When I click on the link “/wp-admin/post-new.php?post_type=project”, I enter to WP admin panel. It is no good, obviously. But on the page “http://skywarriorthemes.com/fundingpress/wp-admin/post-new.php?post_type=project” we don’t enter to admin panel. How I can to get same behavior?
