Internal Server Error

So it took me a while to actually get the Orizon theme to install without getting the message “internal server error” but I finally got it to install. Now, when I try to click “Theme Options”, I get the same “Internal Server Error” every time. It is a brand new host and fresh install of WP 4.0 So i’m not sure what my problem is. Any help would be appreciated.
