Issue following installation – no demo pages

Hello, just requesting assistance as to whether the following problems are a symptom of improper installation of the demo installation:

1. All default links [Submit a Project], [How it Works] [All Projects] [Contact] etc. lead to a 404 Error File Not Found on my hosting site, on the wp admin side they don’t appear to show anything either (no template info). I want to at least use the templates for some of these Pages, should it have been avaliable after demo installation or are we expected to create our own?

2. For front operation, when other users click [submit a project] it leads to a 404 server problem. Again, should the demo file have provided some sort of template page for this, and if so how am I meant to restore this linkage, or was the demo file installation corrupted?
