Ladder Tournament (Bracket Duplicate Teams + Re-Joining Issue)

After Testing this.

On Ladder Tournament.

Teams can join the Tournament. Fine!
Then Leave the tournament: 2 Issues!

1. They are still in the Bracket (Problem), meaning if some other team challenge them, they will never receive the challenge, and everything is on hold.
They need to be removed from the Ladder Bracket once they leave, only active teams should be in the bracket.
2. The team that left is now able to re-join. Not good. I thought this is not possible? But it is.
+ This team that rejoins the Tournament now has a new row with their team name in the bracket, so after leaving and rejoining this team are multiple times listed in the Bracket.

So this tournament mode is broken for now. Cause of the rejoining issue and not being deleted from the bracket if they leave.
