LayerSlider not installed, need purchase code

Hi,
do you have the purchase code for the layerSlider for me?
just installed LayerSlider but Theme says:

This theme recommends the following plugin: Layer slider.
Begin installing plugin | Dismiss this notice

I see the slider in the menu and it has and alert that says: You need to authorize this site in order to get upgrades or support for this plugin. Purchase a license or enter an existing purchase code.

When i try to install it again it says “the plugin doesn´t have a valid header”.

Plugin install failed.
