LayerSlider not working/blanc – Purchase Code?

Hi, I bought and installed this theme on a localhost. I have the same issue with LayerSlider, just as other users; I dont have a purchasecode for the LayerSlider plugin.

No sure if this is realated, but when I use the carousel demo for my homepage with the correct ID, it does not show the slider/images, just a blanc, white square.
