Layerslider plugin problem

I have a plugin with my Oblivion theme called LayerSlider WP, I assume it came with the theme anyways seeing there is a thing called Layerslider.

I am having all kinds of problems and everyones first solution is to deactivate all plugins. I can not deactivate this plugin. I have even tried deleting it. How can I get rid of this plugin? Seeing I am still having problems with all other plugins disabled, I am thinking maybe this is the one causing problems.
