LayerSlider Purchase code

Dear Support,

Everytime I go to the PLugins page I see this message, related to the LayerSlider WP

” You need to authorize this site in order to get upgrades or support for this plugin. Purchase a license or enter an existing purchase code. ”

Is this normal? Where do I get this code? I tried the thme purchase code but it did not work.
