Likes not working

Using the following widget: SW – Posts Simple

Made my post, appears all good, comments can be added and the comment counter increases, however when people attempt to click on the heart icon for to like the article then nothing happens, no pop ups, no fill on the heart, no counter increase.

Ive had a quick google and everyone seems to try and blame the browser however ive had several people try using firefox, chrome and edge.

Any ideas?
