Greetings folks! Have a problem I can’t figure out. For some reason, my modal (popup) login on the nav bar no longer displays an error when the user enters an incorrect password. Instead, it just refreshes the screen as though nothing happened, and after 2-3 failed attempts, dumps them to the wp-login page. One thing I see is a lot of HTML entities in my URL on the refresh:http://thegateofmadness.com/?login=failed&wp-error=%3Cstrong%3EERROR%3C%2Fstrong%3E%3A+Invalid+username.+%3Ca+href%3D%22http%3A%2F%2Fthegateofmadness.com%2Fwp-login.php%3Faction%3Dlostpassword%22+title%3D%22Password+Lost+and+Found%22%3ELost+your+password%3C%2Fa%3E%3F&pr-user-login=test%40test.comAny idea what’s going on with it? Not sure when it started happening, but my last Oblivion update was to 3.6 about a month ago.
