Manual Custom Query for Successful project

Hello, I want to manually query code for successful project, not using page builder.

I am able to display — by manually custom query on the theme file this post:
Staff pick and Featured project. By modifying code from taxonomy-project-category.php and filter from _smartmeta_featured and _smartmeta_staff-check-field

Though I am stuck in displaying query for Successful project.

My client don’t want to use ajax from project highlight in page builder, just want to display 3 latest successful project — complete with image, collected fund and target fund.
