Members not shown on Member Page

I am not sure what happened here but newly registered players are currently not shown on the all members page.
There are currently 20 registered members but only 8 shown on the page.
5 of them have the “participant” rang and 3 are admins. So it looks like people need the “participant” rank to appear there but why aren’t new people getting that rank?
