Menu Defaulting to target="_blank"

Hello, I am using the Berni theme. My main menu items, which all point to pages on the site, are defaulting to target=”_blank” which causes a new page to open up instead for each page of the site. Where can I change this within the theme? I want all pages to target=”self”, so the site remains in one window.
