Menu off to the right

First setting it up it said there was no menu, which I thought was weird but figured just altering the menu would fix, yet it was still fine and it worked on a mobile phone. Something went crazy just now with the theme. I only did a few things just now. Added 2 features from Buddypress, add the code from nodari to resize the logo on mobile screens, and well add a menu (make changes to the menu in the dashboard)

But now this issue has rose up again. I say again cause I had this issue with version 3.0 also that I had been playing with.
