Microsoft Browser Problems

I’m noticing that the theme is not working in IE or edge. Let me define that better, it works you can’t see stuff though. I’m having problems with updating and using sections as well. You can’t see the main page slider in IE/EDGE or the background video either. There is another video background further down the page as well that you can’t see. Now, I can’t get the WPBakery Page Builder activated, Easy WP SMTP, Disqus Comment System and Super Socializer, WP Discord, WooCommerce and Yoast SEO. They are installed and updated but it says the template recommends them. I don’t know if this could be the issue but if I paid for it, I should be able to use it, yes? I’ve got plenty of time to dig into this and since we spent the money I would like to use all these options and to have it work on all browsers.
