Need some help

It was brought to my attention that there is no staff page for articles written. I have a staff page in the sense that it has everyones name and picture, but when you click on a persons name on the front page under an article they wrote, it doesn’t go to a staff page where it shows all the articles they have wrote. It instead just reloads the front page.

I was told this was a css problem, so I assume it has to do with the coding of the theme itself.
