New wordpress update

So wordpress automatically updated to 3.9.2 and this caused all a lot of problems with the theme. At first I thought it was a plugin problem, but after deactivating them all, I realized it was the theme itself.

For example, the News Block no longer works correctly seen here: http://uclacki.org/newdesign/news-stories/

And a lot of my images are no longer automatically cropped correctly (using the animated block)

Is there an update for this?
