Notifications not working 2.1

Good day

After the update I immediately tried to test notifications. I was logged in on a separate account in Chrome as Incognito, on my normal chrome browser I applied to a team owned by the other account. I hit refresh on the incognito session, and no notifications appeared. The notifications section under the profile had no new notifications, when I went directly to the team, I saw the application there.

Cache disabled on incognito so that could not be the problem.

Is there possibly something I missed?
