Page builder not working

Hi, it looks looks like there is some kind of error for my page builder on both of my websites, http://www.PandaLLC.us and on http://www.8thgradehistory.org. Both are running Oblivion but the page builder won’t work for either one. I can’t drag the blocks and next to the template name, it says [template id=”0″]. Please help me fix this. Thanks!
