Paid tournament button visible to more than just registered users

Hi there,

I just noticed that my paid tournament button is only visible to logged in (registered) users. (see attached screenshot taken after I log out).

How can I make it visible for anyone (not just registered users), as this page looks really weird right now lol (to the public).

Also on a side note, how can I change that “Starts” text to “Date”, is there a template php file that I can easily edit? Please can you tell me what code to change.
