PayPal API Submission Doubts.

Hello,

Is there a way we can change it to standard payments and not a pre-approved one? We have an App ID approved but we missed out preapproval.
So it’s giving Fatal error while going to step 2 in the payment

Please tell me what to select/reply to the questions below from PayPal:

1) What is the Crowdfunding platform you are implementing, All or Nothing / Keep it all?
2) Will the projects created by your customers offer rewards/incentives to people that contribute? If so, what sort of value would these rewards/incentives have?
3) Will a donator be able to fund a project more than once during its lifetime? (I think Yes, as in sandbox environment I’m able to. Please confirm)
