Paypal App Submission

I am currently setting up my App to use with PayPal and wanted to know if you have a step by step tutorial of how to setup PayPal up with the funding press theme? I looked at this topic http://support.skywarriorthemes.com/discussion/comment/1664 and found the 3rd party permissions needed but I am still confused on what to select for Chained Payments and what to select for the question How will you use preapprovals? I don’t see anywhere in your tutorials on how to submit a app to Paypal and I think it would be very helpful to all of us if you created a tutorial of everything you need to do in order to accomplish this for the funding press theme.
