I have completed all sandbox testing successfully and have submitted information to PayPal to get credentials. PayPal provided me within my verified business account an API Username, API Password, and Signature BUT NO production APPLICATION ID. That is all I need to go live. What has to be done to get this APPLICATION ID?????? PayPal says I have everything I need.
