PayPal Application ID

Hi

I can’t get the PayPal Application ID from the sandbox.paypal
i’ve tried to follow the tutorial, but the sandbox.paypal is different compare to tutorial sample website.
Finally, i get all the info from the paypal profile under the “Sandbox test accounts”
But still unable to find the Sandbox PayPal Application ID to test the paypal gateway.
once i click the “submit to fund”, the page is blank…
