Seems PayPal issues are common with this theme. Recently submitted my app to Paypal for Live. In the meantime I tried using the sandbox ID they provided and get this error warning:
Uncaught exception ‘Exception’ with message ‘Preapproval failed: Authentication failed. API credentials are incorrect.’
My API credentials are all correct because I have copied and pasted them all 5 different times to make sure and still no dice. Just wondering if there is something in the ftp I need to change or what is going on?
